Cancellation Policy
Consultations, Injectable, SkinPen, Chemical Peels, and Facial Appointments:
Laser Treatments (BBL, Moxi, Halo, Contour TRL, Profractional, Genius RF, Clarity Laser Hair, and Vascular Treatments):
These procedures require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling. Please notify us BY PHONE at least 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Due to the volume of messages we receive, we cannot accept cancellations via email, text, or social media messages. Failure to cancel prior to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a loss of your deposit. Treatments purchased in full will result in the loss of 50% of the prepaid amount.
Cancellations are confirmed ONLY by phoning our office at 405-80-RMAOK during business hours. Cancellations will not be accepted by email, text, social media, or through our after-hours answering service (Ex: Mon cancellations must be made no later than 5pm on Friday.)

Prepaid Services Policy
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Patients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.
Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only.
Gift Cards: No refunds on gift card purchases.
Pet Policy
Although we welcome service animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit to Radiance. Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our healthcare facility. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.
